• All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at 5% unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and adjust prices without prior notice.
• Promotional offers and discount codes are valid only for the specified period and cannot be combined unless stated.

4. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your products. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Product unavailability or stock discrepancies.
• Errors in pricing or product descriptions.
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transactions.

All payments are processed through secure, encrypted channels. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

We offer a 30-day return policy. You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery page and the summary below.

Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.
