At ONE80, we aim to deliver your home and kitchen products quickly, safely, and reliably across the United Arab Emirates. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains our processing times, delivery estimates, charges, and related terms. Please read it carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched, including tracking details where available.
- During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times within the UAE are as follows:

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. They are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value:

4. Order Tracking
- Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS.
- Use the tracking number on the courier’s website to monitor your delivery status.
- If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days, please contact our support team.
5. Delivery Guidelines
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.
- Our courier will typically attempt delivery up to two times before returning the parcel.
- A valid contact number is required so the courier can coordinate delivery.
- For large or bulky home items, kerbside or doorstep delivery may apply.
6. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging your products. However, if an issue occurs, please follow these steps:

Where an item is confirmed damaged, incorrect, or lost due to our error, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return window. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original packaging. Key points:
- Contact our support team to initiate a return before sending items back.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Hygiene-sensitive, personalised, or clearance items may not be eligible for return.
8. International Shipping
At present, ONE80 ships within the United Arab Emirates only. We are actively working to expand our delivery coverage. For enquiries regarding shipping outside the UAE, please contact our support team.
